7.0-35V 2A 1ch Buck converter - BD9778HFP

The flexible step-down switching regulator of the ROHM is a switching regulator with built-in POWER MOSFET, which withstands high pressure. The operational frequency is freely configurable with external resistance. A wide input voltage range (7V to 35V) and temperature range (-40? to 125?) can correspond to various applications by the feature. Moreover, because the enhanced protection circuit such as thermal shut down (TSD), over current protection (OCP) and under voltage lock out (UVLO) is built into, the application can be protected, and the high reliability of the set be achieved under various conditions.
