2ch Variable Step CMOS LDO Regulator - BD7003NUX

This series includes 2ch and 3ch types that eliminates the need for an input capacitor, resulting in increased space savings. The BD7003NUX integrates a 2ch circuit, provides 9 output patterns (based on the settings of 2 input terminals (P1 and P2)), and is offered in a compact package ideal for compact devices.
