1.5A Variable/Fixed Output LDO Regulators - BA00JC5WT

ROHM's secondary LDO regulators were designed to maximize device characteristics and provide stable operation through low power consumption, increased miniaturization, and low noise. ROHM's 1.5A variable secondary LDO regulators for local power supplies allow arbitrary setting of the output voltage(1.5V-12V variable) via external resistance and feature low saturation along with ±1% voltage accuracy. We prepared surface mount type(TO252) and leaded type(TO220FP/CP). Optimized for TVs, HDDs, PCs, DVD players, and the like. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
