Multi-channel System Power Supply ICs for Large PANEL - BD8165MUV

The BD8165MUV is a highly integrated system power supply for the TFT-LCD panels. Incorporates 5 Channel Voltage-Regulators and VCOM OP-AMP. The control input and power good output are built-in, and it is possible to change the sequence control by changing the connection. Moreover, it is a specification used easily because attached circuits of an input switch, short protection, and the protection detection output, etc. have been enhanced, too.
