Ultra Small DC/DC Converter for RF Power Amplifier - BU9006GUZ

BU9006GUZ is a synchronous rectification switching regulator for RF power amplifier, small and highly effective. It have an excellent load response and the miniaturization of external parts have been achieved by the current mode method and 2.0MHz (Typ.) high-speed switching operation. It have the built in switch for the I / O bypass that operates by automatic or external setting.
