1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators - BH33RB1WGUT

ROHM's LDO regulators for portable devices have original CMOS processes are utilized for low consumption and high precision.Standard high current CMOS LDO regulators are offered featuring low saturation, ±1% output voltage accuracy, and a maximum output current of 150mA. Original technology is utilized for 2mV load regulation and an input/output voltage difference of only 100mV. In addition, multiple protection circuits, built into an ultra-compact package (VCSP60N1: 1.0mm×1.04mm), ensure a greater degree of reliability.
