Standard Voltage Detectors - BD4729G

ROHM's bipolar reset ICs were specifically designed to prevent malfunctions in CPU and logic power supplies during ON/OFF switching or momentary interruptions. The 3-terminal configuration (supply, Ground, and reset output) enables detection of various system voltages as well as reset signal output. Additional features include a compact package and low current consumption, making them ideal for portable devices. The entire series is of course both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
