Voltage Detector with Fixed Delay Time - BD46E455G-MROHM’s BD45Exxxx-M and BD46Exxxx-M series arehighly accurate, low current consumption VoltageDetector IC series. Because the counter timer delaycircuit is built into those series, an external capacitor forthe delay time setting is unnecessary. The lineup wasestablished with two output types (Nch open drain andCMOS output) and detection voltages range from 2.3Vto 4.8V in increments of 0.1V, so that the series may beselected according to application.
