500mA Variable/Fixed Output LDO Regulators - BD18KA5FP

ROHM's secondary LDO regulators were designed to maximize device characteristics and provide stable operation through low power consumption, increased miniaturization, and low noise. 500mA fixed output types are offered for local power supplies that feature an output voltage accuracy of ±1% with low saturation. A number of other models are also available in various package types and output voltages, enabling selection of the ideal solution for virtually any application, incuding PCs, HDDs, TVs, and car audio systems. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
