500mA Variable/Fixed Output LDO Regulators - BD00KA5WFP

ROHM's secondary LDO regulators were designed to maximize device characteristics and provide stable operation through low power consumption, increased miniaturization, and low noise. ROHM's 500mA variable secondary LDO regulators for local power supplies allow arbitrary setting of the output voltage(1.0V-4V variable) via external resistance and feature low saturation along with ±1% voltage accuracy. Optimized for TVs, HDDs, PCs, DVD players, and the like. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
