  • How are resistances displayed?
    • Resistance values with a tolerance of ±5% are normally displayed using 3 digits, while low tolerance precision (±1% and lower) resistance values are displayed using 4 digits.
      The last number indicates the power of 10. For example, '301' denotes a ±5% tolerance with a resistance value of 30 x 101 = 300Ω. Similarly, '1202' signifies a ±1% tolerance and a resistance value of 120 x 102 = 12,000Ω.
