BU90004GWZ-E2 - BU90004GWZ

The BU9000xGWZ series of compact, high-efficiency step-down switching regulators features high-frequency (6MHz) operation and supports a maximum output current of 1.0A (VIN=3.0 to 5.5V), making them ideal for battery-driven portable devices. In addition, automatic PWM/PFM mode and forced PWM mode switching is enabled via MODE pin logic. As a result circuit current is minimized during PFM mode, improving efficiency at light loads.
