Low Power Push-Pull Comparator - BU7232FVMROHM's low voltage CMOS comparators (BU7251, BU7231, BU7252, and BU7232) integrate input full swing / push-pull output functionality and 1 or 2 circuits on single chip. A low operating voltage range of between 1.8V and 5.5V (single supply configuration) and low current consumption with ultra-low input bias current make them suitable for a wide variety of applications.
