1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators - BH18PB1WHFV

ROHM's LDO regulators for portable devices have original CMOS processes are utilized for low consumption and high precision.ROHM's CMOS LDO regulators with auto power save function feature automatic switching in response to output current fluctuations in order to provide the optimal output. Power consumption is minimized by curtailing the current to only 2μA during standby. High-speed switching to the optimal current is automatically performed during operation. In addition, a soft start function is built in that mitigates inrush current to the output capacitor during startup. The ICs are available in a compact HVSOF5 package featuring a built-in heat sink.
