4.5V to 25V Input, 1ch Synchronous Buck DC/DC Controller - BD95601MUV-LB

BD95601MUV-LB is a high current buck regulator that produces low output voltage (0.75V to 2.0V) from a wideinput voltage range (4.5V to 25V). High efficiency isrealized using external N channel MOSFETs. UsingH3RegTM, Rohm’s advanced proprietary control method thatuses constant on-time control to provide ultra high transientresponses to load changes. SLLM(Simple Light LoadMode) technology is added to improve efficiency with lightloads giving high efficiency over a wide load range. Softstart functionality, short circuit protection with timer latch and over current protection are all included features.This switching regulator was designed for low voltage highcurrent power supplies.
