500mA Output LDO Regulators with Voltage Detector and Watchdog Timer - BD3021HFP

BD3021HFP is a regulator IC with integrated WDT (Watch Dog Timer), high output voltage accuracy ±2.0% and 80µA (Typ) low circuit current consumption. These are supports usage of low ESR ceramic capacitor for output stability. They can be a stable power supply for any applications while detecting malfunction of microcontrollers.
