Automotive 200mA Fixed Output LDO Regulators with Voltage Detector and Watchdog Timer - BD3010AFV-M

The BD3010AFV-M is a 5 V LDO system regulator particularly developed for automotive applications.The output current of the regulator can be drown up to 200mA, and it has built-in reset with WDT.The WDT can be switched on and off using the INH pin input logic. The WDT function is wake-up by output current of regulator.The reset detection voltage can be changed by connecting a resistor to the RADJ pin.In addition, BD3010AFV-M has built-in output voltage clamp circuit.
