60V Max. Three-phase Brushless Motor Pre-drivers - BD16805FV-M

BD16805FV-M is three phase motor driver for air conditioner blower motor, battery cooling fan motor, and seat cooling fan motor. This IC can implement silent drive by 180° e nergizing drive. The BD16805FV includes a built-in phase adjustment control function to drive highly effective. The setting that can correspond to various motor controls is possible.
(PWM frequency, Overcurrent protection limit, Start time and Lock protection)
