1A Variable/Fixed Output LDO Regulators - BA80BC0FPROHM's secondary LDO regulators were designed to maximize device characteristics and provide stable operation through low power consumption, increased miniaturization, and low noise. 1A fixed output types are offered for local power supplies that feature an output voltage accuracy of ±2% with low saturation. A broad lineup is offered in a number of output voltages (variable, 1.5V-10V) and package types (TO252, TO220FP/CP) for compatibility with a wide range of applications, such as TVs, HDDs, PCs, and DVD players. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
