Overview

ROHM launched a lineup of products offered in smaller 250pc reels in order to meet the need for decreased customer risk due to unused inventory caused by conventional 2,000 to 3,000pc reels. Ideal for high-mix, low-volume products in the industrial equipment market.

Lineup

Industrial-Grade LDO Regulators

ROHM's lineup of industrial-grade regulators provides an output accuracy of ±1% and are offered in a high-heat dissipation HTSOP-J8 package. An overcurrent protection circuit that prevents IC damage due to output shorts is built in, along with an ON/OFF switch that decreases circuit current to 0µA during shutdown and a temperature protection circuit that prevents thermal damage caused by overload. In addition, compatibility with ceramic capacitors contributes to set miniaturization and longer battery life.

These industrial-grade high reliability opamps feature high gain and built-in phase compensation. The monolithic design integrates 2 circuits on a single chip. In addition, the wide operating voltage range (3V to 32V in the case of single power supply) and low current consumption ensures compatibility with a variety of applications.

ROHM serial EEPROMs, which are are a type of non-volatile memory ideal for data retention, are offered in a variety of capacities, I/F, and packages. Original double-cell structure ensures superior reliability, while a double reset circuit prevents erroneous writing.
