ROHM's STN LCD drivers are compatible with a wide variety of mobile phone LCD panels, ranging from sub-display monochrome LCDs to main full-color LCD panels. High image quality is ensured due to the built-in auto-contrast function and high precision reference power supply. In addition, a new step-up voltage circuit and capacitors required for a variety of amps are integrated, contributing to more compact, power-saving designs.
