Ultra-low ohmic chip resistors for current detection are specialized in low resistance employing metal resistive element tolerant to high current and uniquely designed trimingless to attain precise resistance for accurate current detection and high-current switching.

Features

・Excellent heat dissipation by ROHM's original (resistive element) trimingless structure.
・10mOhm/0.25W for 0603 (1.6x0.8mm) package is only by ROHM.
・Excellent temperature coefficient characteristics (+/- 150ppm/ºC)
・All the part numbers are completely Pb free.
