RPM973-H11 is an infrared module based on IrDA1.4(Low Power) standard with remote control transmisson function. An infrared LED, a pin-photo diode, and LSI all contained in single package. It is also equipped with low power consumption and power down functions in addition to the design, standby electric power can be reduced.Ultra-compact package suitable for mobile phone and data-communication equipment.

・No external resistors are required, contributing to greater space conservation.
・It excels in the electromagnetic noise proof characteristic.
・Applied to SIR standard(9.6k - 115.2kbps), MIR standard(0.576, 1.152Mbps) and FIR(4Mbps).
・Space saving is achieved by the development of ultra-compact packaging.
・It is surface mount type.
・Built-in power down function.
・An interface among a digital part corresponds to min. 1.7V.
・Constant LED load resistance can change transmission distance.
