RPM873 is the micro infrared module based on IrDA1.2(Low Power) standard suitable for cellular phone and information communication apparatus. An infrared LED, a pin-photo diode, and LSI all contained in a very small single package. It is also equipped with low power consumption and power down functions in addition to the design, standby electric power can be reduced.

Features

・It excels in the electromagnetic noise proof characteristic.
・Development of a very small package realizes saving space.
・Low power consumption 75µA Typ.(Waiting mode)
・Low voltage operation correspondence. (from 2.6V to 3.6V)
・Built-in power down function, power down mode realized consumption current 0.01µA.(Typ.)
