Single Power Supply Sound Processors with Built-in Pre-amp for Tape Recording and Playback (With Integrated 2-/3-band Equalizer)

ROHM sound processors integrate a five-input selector, electronic volume control, 2- or 3-band equalizer, and a cassette tape recording and playback amps on a single chip and feature low distortion (0.0013% Typ.), making them ideally suited for use in mini-component and portable audio systems. In addition, they offer compatibility with single power supplies.

Features

Wide dynamic range ensures high fidelity playback
High maximum output and low output noise voltages have been achieved through utilization of time-tested audio AV receiver circuit technology. In addition, a high-performance, resistor ladder-type electronic volume control with a low distortion rate has been positioned immediately in front of the output buffer amp, reducing the output residual noise voltage to 1.8µVrms (Typ., Vcc=9V, Rg=0Ω, no signal, IHF-A) when the volume fades to the minimum level, resulting in a dynamic range of 123dB (Typ.) and, consequently, high-fidelity music playback.
