ROHM's external Flash ROM Hi-Fi voice synthesis ICs add versatility to sets incompatible with mask ROM IC types by enabling voice data storage in an external serial Flash ROM of the customer's choice. In addition, the units can accommodate set/specification changes by allowing modification of the voice data, even after mounting.
