These ICs integrate a temperature detection element, constant current circuit, and high accuracy reference voltage source on a single chip. The BDE□□□0G series feature 3-step detection over a wide range of temperatures: -20°C to 110 (10°C increments)

Features

Wide detection range: -20°C to 110°C (10°C increments: BDE□□□0G series)

The BDE□□□0G series is comprised of 6 models that detect temperatures from -20°C to 110°C, in 10°C increments. In addition, the detection temperature can be set to 3 different levels (target, ±5°C) for greater compatibility.
