Standard LDO Regulators

ROHM LDO regulators offer a smaller input-output voltage difference and lower power consumption than conventional 3-terminal regulators. The broad lineup features high output voltage precision (±1%) and multiple protection circuits (overvoltage/overcurrent/thermal shutdown) for compatibility with a variety of applications. The overcurrent circuit a foldback-type that prevents thermal runaway during output shorts, resulting in remarkably high reliability. In addition, multiple package types are available to fit a range of needs.
