CMOS LDO Regulators for Portable Devices

ROHM provides a broad lineup of power supply ICs for portable devices, from 1-3ch LDO regulators to high efficiency system regulators with built-in DC/DC converters. Original CMOS processes are used for ultra-low power consumption and high accuracy operation. High efficiency models are also available, ideal for mobile phones, portable audio players, digital cameras/camcorders and other compact applications. In addition, ROHM offers a number of compact package types, including WLCSPs (Wafer Level Chip Size Packages) and the SSON004X1010(1.0×1.0×0.6mm3). Input/output ceramic capacitor compatibility is also supported, contributing to greater set miniaturization.
