System Regulators with High Efficiency DC/DC Converters

A step-down DC/DC converter and multichannel LDO regulator are integrated into an ultra-compact CSP (Chip Size Package), making it easy to configure smaller power supplies for applications (i.e. CPUs) requiring multiple voltages, such as for the core, memory, and I/O.
