Ultra-low-dropout Linear Regulators for Desktop PC

ROHM's ultra-low saturation power supplies are capable of providing up to 4A of current to sets utilizing multiple power supplies. The I/O voltage difference is suppressed through an integrated ultra-low ON-resistance FET, eliminating the need for an extra switching power supply along with external components (i.e. coil, FET, diode). In addition, the products are compatible with compact ceramic capacitors, further contributing to set miniaturization.
