Ultra-low-dropout Linear Regulators for PC Chipsets

ROHM's ultra-low saturation linear power supplies deliver up to 3.0A of current at low output voltage (BD3506F : 0.65 to 2.5V, All Others : 0.65V to 2.7V) to chipsets requiring multiple power supplies. Features include superior response characteristics for stable operation.

Features

Nch FET and 2 power supply terminals reduce power loss for greater efficiency

ROHM's ultra-low saturation linear power supplies were specifically designed for low voltage PC chipsets. The output voltage is configurable from 0.65V to 2.7V (BD3506F : 0.65V-2.5V). IN addition, an Nch MOSFET is integrated at the output stage, ensuring stable VGS, even if VIN decreases, enabling support for low-input devices.
