Termination Regulators for DDR-SDRAMs

ROHM's termination linear power supplies were designed for high-speed data transfer between DDR-SDRAM and MCH. Features include superior response characteristics, high precision reference voltage, and variable termination voltage between 0.75V and 1.25V (BD3537F : 0.60V-1.60V). In addition, sufficient drive current is ensured, resulting in high quality data transfer with no waveform degradation.
