Features

Compatible with compact ceramic capacitors for increased miniaturization

PCs are continually integrating more functionality in smaller form factors. To meet this need ROHM integrates power MOSFETs into a smaller package and enables compatibility with compact, low-ESR ceramic capacitors (as opposed to conventional systems requiring larger tantalum or electrolytic capacitors) for significantly greater space savings (see comparison at right).
