Switching Regulators with MOSFET for DDR-SDRAM Cores

ROHM's switching power supplies are designed to provide precise power to DDR-SDRAM cores and feature superior response characteristics and high efficiency operation. Low output voltage (0.7V-5.0V), high current handling capability, and a wide input voltage range (4.5-28V) make them ideal for DDR-SDRAM applications. In addition, the integrated 3A-6A FET contributes to greater space savings.

Integrated large current FET contributes to greater space savings

ROHM regulators integrate all required functions on a compact chip, including a FET for the DDR-SDRAM core. The result is reduced costs and greater space savings (see right).
