BD6550G and BD6551G are constant current and constant voltage controllers IC with built-in for the highly accurate voltage source, two operational amplifier circuits, and constant current driver for photo coupler.
A highly accurate voltage reference has been achieved highly accurate voltage control with ±1% and
highly accurate current control with ±2%.
Moreover, these functions are consolidated in the SSOP6 small size package, and space-saving compared with a past, discrete composition.
