High Efficiency Step-up/-down Switching Regulators Controllers

Optimized for multi-function, high performance battery-driven portable devices of all types, ROHM's DC/DC converters and controllers feature a wide input voltage range and automatic step-up/-down operation for reduced power consumption. High output efficiency is maintained across the entire input range. In addition, only one coil is used, and fewer parts are required than conventional Sepic systems, contributing to smaller power supply configurations.

Features

Configure a compact DC/DC converter with only an inductor

ROHM boost/buck automatic switching DC/DC regulators and controllers enable step-up/-down operation using a single coil for increased miniaturization. Ultra-co mpact (3mmx3mm) external FET regulator controllers are also available.
