ROHM's system power ICs are not dependent on the pixel count or method, making them compatible with a wide variety of CCD sensors. A chopper type step-up circuit is utilized at the negative power supply in order to accommodate increases in load current caused by an increase in the number of pixels. Moreover, LDO is built-in as a power supply required since a camera system is constituted for AFE, TG and ISP devices. It is possible to supply the power supplies of all CCD camera systems by 1chip.
