System Power Supply ICs for CCD Cameras in Mobile Phones

ROHM's system power ICs are not dependent on the pixel count or operating method, making them compatible with a wide variety of CCD sensors. A chopper type step-up circuit is utilized at the negative power supply in order to accommodate increases in load current caused by an increase in the number of pixels. In addition, a CCD sensor and a mobile phone display LED driver are integrated onto a single chip, resulting in increased space savings.
