the BD8649EFV is the current mode switching regulator with power MOSFETs inside, operating in a wide input voltage range. It achieves high efficiency by synchronous rectifier and allows designers for all electronic devices to save power. It contains a variety of protection circuits such as output over current protection, output under/over voltage protection and RT open/short protetion.
