Single-chip Type with built-in FET Switching Regulator Series

ROHM's Single-chip Type with built-in FET Switching Regulator Series has all type of method such as step-down, step-up and step-up/down. Power MOSFET is equipped inside the chip, and it produce less space and low cost. Output current range of the series is wide as between 4.0A from 0.3A. High voltage input type(35V high voltage is acceptable) and Low voltage input type(2.1V low voltage is acceptable) is also included in the series, they can be used for many kinds of applications.
