Single-chip Type with built-in FET Switching Regulator Series

ROHM's flexible step-down switching regulator (power MOSFET-equipped type) is a secondary power supply that produces a low voltage (i.e. 1.2V) from a 5V / 3.3V power supply line. High efficiency is achieved through utilization of an original pulse skip control system and synchronous rectifier circuit. A broad lineup is offered in various output currents (0.8A / 1.2A / 2.0A) as well as units compatible with low input voltage.
