High-efficiency Step-up / -down Switching Regulators with Built-in Power MOSFET

Optimized for multi-function, high performance battery-driven portable devices of all types, ROHM's DC / DC converters and controllers feature a wide input voltage range and automatic step-up / -down operation for reduced power consumption. High output efficiency is maintained across the entire input range. In addition, only one coil is used, and fewer parts are required than conventional Sepic systems, contributing to smaller power supply configurations.

Features

Configure a step-up / -down DC / DC converter using only an inductor

ROHM boost / buck automatic switching DC / DC regulators and controllers enable step-up / -down operation using a single coil for increased miniaturization. The regulators with built-in FET are only 4mm x 4mm, making them ideal for compact applications of all types.
