ROHM offers a new series of 1.7V ground sense CMOS opamps that enable input/output full swing operation at 1.8V and meet the low voltage and low current consumption requirements of portable devices. The lineup also includes low current consumption types, high slew rate models, single/dual ICs, and units compatible with high operating temperatures - all in a variety of compact packages, making them ideal for virtually any application.
The input terminal of ROHM's low voltage CMOS opamps is connected to the MOSFET's Gate pin featuring an electrically insulated internal PN junction, resulting in ultra-low bias current. In addition, the ICs offer high ESD resistance for improved reliability.
