H-bridge Driver Hi Speed Drive Series

BD65491FV is 1-channel, BD65492MUV is 2-channel motor driver switching on output transistors in full-swing.They can control the state of motor CW, CCW, Short-Brake, and Open mode according to logic of control input pins. These drivers correspond to various applications including the mobile electrical appliances.

The highest performance in regard to switch speed

Because shortened in turning on and turning off time to the highest level, it is possible to high-speed drive compared with the other models. As the result, because the switching loss can be decreased, a more highly effective motor drive can be achieved.
