H-bridge Drivers Series

DC brush motors are enjoying widespread use in a number of devices, including AV equipment such as DC/DVD players and in business environments (i.e. printers). ROHM offers a wide lineup of H bridge drivers in different supply voltages (7V/18V/36V resistances), a range of output currents (Iomax=0.5A, 1A, and 2A) for wide applicability.
A new approach was used regarding variable V_REF, resulting in lower power consumption and greater efficiency.
In addition, multiple protection circuits (Under Voltage Lock Out, Thermal Shutdown, Overcurrent/Overvoltage protection) are built in to protect both the IC and load from damage, ensuring a greater degree of reliability.
