In small mobile set, infinite reduction in power consumption and in spacing are called for. It is the controller which is automatic and adjusts the duty of a PWM signal with the ambient brightness. By connecting the LED driver in which PWM control is possible, an automatic luminous control system is easily realizable. It contributes to the prolongation of a battery life, and contributes to the improvement in visibility of a display.
