In small mobile set, infinite reduction in power consumption and in spacing are called for. The RGB indicator and LDO other than the LED driver for LCD back lights can be turned 1 Chip, and all the LED required for small mobile set can be driven by 1Chip. Moreover, the automatic luminous control function to realize low power consumption is carried, and it contributes to the prolongation of a battery life greatly.
