ROHM's multi-function segment driver is optimal for LCD segment driver from 100 to 200 segments approximately. Integrating RAM for display in IC contributes to reducing CPU load, power consumption and less peripheral equipment, realizing power saving design. It features compatibility to the LED deriver, RAM luminance function and GPO as a added function as well.
