In small mobile set, infinite reduction in power consumption and in spacing are called for. The Flash LED Driver and LDOs other than the LED driver for LCD back lights can be turned 1 Chip. Moreover, the high efficiency DC / DC circuit and the automatic luminous control function which realizes low power consumption is carried, and it contributes to the prolongation of a battery life. A thinner CSP package is adopted and it contributes to the reduction in the back of a set, and reducing mounting area.
