125ºC Operating temperature Microwire BUS

ROHM's 125ºC Microwire bus serial EEPROMs utilize a unique double cell structure for fail-safe operation. In addition, dual reset circuits, gold wire connections, and 8kV ESD resistance make them ideal for sets requiring high reliability, such as automotive systems.
